How long does the placement test take?

About 20 minutes per subject. It’s designed to feel like practice, not a stressful exam — and results are ready immediately.

How is my child matched with a mentor?

We match based on subject needs, grade level, and schedule. If it’s ever not the right fit, you can request a different mentor anytime.

Do we need to be online at a set time every day?

Daily practice is flexible and self-paced. Only the live 1:1 mentor sessions are scheduled, and you pick a time that works for your family.

What if my child is behind grade level?

That’s exactly what the placement test is for — the AI builds a plan starting from your child’s real level, not their grade, so there’s no pressure and no gaps left behind.
