We want every family to feel confident trying GradeNext. Here's how refunds and cancellations work, consistent with California's Automatic Renewal Law and general consumer protection requirements.
Every Regular Subjects plan includes a 14-day free trial with no card required. You won't be charged unless you choose to continue after the trial ends.
Regular Subjects plans (Basic, Pro, Advanced) can be cancelled anytime, entirely online, from your account — you'll keep access through the end of the current billing period, with no charge for the next cycle. We do not provide partial-month refunds for time already used, except as required by law.
Programming courses are a fixed, one-time purchase. If a student has completed 20% or less of a course's sessions, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing us. Beyond that, courses are non-refundable but remain accessible until completed.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have under California law, including the right to cancel before midnight of the third business day after enrolling in a course that was solicited in person away from our regular place of business, where applicable.
Email contact@gradenext.com with your account details, and our team will respond within one business day.
